Senior MDM Operations Coordinator

As Senior MDM Operations Coordinator, located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality master data that supports critical business processes across the region. Through close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the accurate creation, maintenance and governance of enterprise master data, helping teams make informed and efficient business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Create, enrich and maintain enterprise Master Data across the ASICS EMEA region. You ensure the data is complete, accurate and on time.
• You ensure the data is created in compliance with established business rules and standards.
• Monitor data quality standards and perform systematic validations to identify inconsistencies and execute data cleansing activities.
• You are the first point of contact for master data enquiries and coordinate with MDM Specialists to ensure a timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions and countries to support efficient data processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and promote master data best practices throughout the organization.
• Enforce data governance standards and ensure adherence to quality control procedures across all master data management activities.

You have the following skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in data administration or similar data-centric operational roles, ideally within an international organization
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data validation capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
