  • Secure the Product Generation Process (PGP) from specification and prototyping to process validation and series production.
  • Translate customer requirements (Build to Print and Build to Print Plus) into feasible product designs and manufacturable production processes in close collaboration with ASML.
  • Strengthen customer contact at both strategic and tactical levels, including delivering compelling presentations and progress reports.

requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering).
  • Around 10 to 20 years of experience as a project or program manager in the high-tech, semicon, or mechatronics industry.
  • Proven track record with PGP models, NPI trajectories, Build to Print, and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills towards demanding international customers and internal stakeholders.

what you get in return

  • Salary between € 5,000 and € 7.500 gross per month (full-time, depending on knowledge and experience).
