BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.
As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and develop partners’ service preparation, execution and service performance assessment, ensure annual service target and the goal achievement, steering the partner’s continuous service level improvement.
- Regional dealer regular visit, organize meeting, workshop and other activities with regional partners, review the business plan. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution and assessment.
- Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling and other supportive materials.
- Regional customer satisfaction follow up (NPS), assist partners to close customer complaint in time, Goodwill authorization and management.
- Coordinate the spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team and steering parts service level improvement.
Support the regional after-market activities and service campaign implementation;
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Willing to travel on a very frequent basis within the country/ region and abroad including potential trips to China, indication 25% of your time.
- HBO+ (bachelor or master) working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU

BYD Europe mainly focuses on New Energy products, including Electric Vehicles (principally buses), Rechargeable batteries, Solar Panel, Energy Storage and Rail Transit.
Besides that, BYD has two factories in Europe, one located in Komarom, Hungary, and the other located in Beauvais, France. Electric buses manufactured by those two factories will be exported to customers across continental Europe. It is also in partnership with Alexander Dennis in the UK which assembles jointly developed buses for the UK market.
Up to now, the footprint of BYD electric vehicles covers over 70 major European cities, which will undoubtedly grow in the future.
