What you will do
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them stay organized, focused, and effective
- Coordinate complex schedules, travel, meetings, and business priorities
- Right hand to the Senior Executive Assistant: ensuring seamless support and business continuity during absences, including CEO holiday coverage.
- Play an active role in the personal development and growth of our junior team members providing on the job coaching, continuous feedback, performance evaluation, and help with personal development planning
What you will bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
- 3+ years of EA experience, ideally in international, scale-up, consulting or professional services environments
- Excellent English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus
- A proactive, pragmatic and structured way of working: you spot what needs to be done and roll up your sleeves
- Eagerness to learn: you actively seek out feedback and new knowledge
