Wil jij bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en technische integriteit van twee dynamische terminals? Als QA / QC Specialist bij VTTI-NL zorg je ervoor dat maintenance- en capexwerkzaamheden aantoonbaar voldoen aan inspectieprogramma’s, vergunningseisen, technische normen, wetgeving en VTTI-specificaties.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Als QA/QC Specialist borg je de kwaliteit van engineering-, inkoop-, maintenance-, constructie- en projectwerkzaamheden binnen ETA en ETT.
- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van kwaliteitsplannen, ITP’s, inspectieprogramma’s en kwaliteitsprocedures
- Bewaken van de naleving van VTTI-standaarden, projectspecificaties, wettelijke eisen en technische normen
- Beoordelen van engineeringdocumentatie, technische specificaties, inspectierapporten, certificaten en opleverdossiers
- Coördineren en uitvoeren van kwaliteitsinspecties, audits, FAT’s, SAT’s, commissioning- en performancetesten
- Bewaken van kwaliteitsprestaties van contractors en leveranciers
- Ondersteunen van engineering-, maintenance-, constructie- en projectteams bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken en MOC-processen
- Analyseren van kwaliteitsresultaten en initiëren van verbeteringen gericht op betrouwbaarheid, standaardisatie en asset integrity
Wie zoeken wij?
- Afgeronde hbo-/bacheloropleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 8 jaar relevante QA/QC-ervaring binnen olie en gas, petrochemie, energie, bulkopslag of terminals
- Ervaring met brownfieldprojecten, sustaining CAPEX-programma’s en constructiewerkzaamheden
- Kennis van ISO 9001, PED, ATEX, ASME, API, EN en EEMUA
- Ervaring met FAT’s, SAT’s, constructietoezicht en commissioning
- Kennis van lassen, piping, tanks, rotating equipment, civiele werkzaamheden en E&I is een pré
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
- VCA-VOL of bereidheid dit te behalen
