We're looking for a Senior Manager Agentic Commerce Advisory & Growth to accelerate our agentic commerce advisory business. You'll advise senior leaders, shape and sell advisory engagements with account leadership, and turn successful engagements into lasting client relationships, expanded advisory work and relevant transformation programmes across the Netherlands and Nordics.

What you'll do

• Advise C-level commerce and digital leaders on how AI agents may reshape customer journeys and business models. Challenge assumptions, explain trade-offs and turn uncertainty into clear strategic priorities.
• Shape agentic commerce strategies, prioritize high-value opportunities and translate them into business cases, operating models and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Ground your advice in commerce technology: work with architects and engineers to assess feasibility, data readiness and dependencies without owning solution design.
• Own the origination, shaping and sale of advisory engagements, sharing sales accountability with account leadership. Work with technology alliance partners to expand successful advisory work into follow-on engagements and relevant transformation programmes.
• Lead advisory engagements from strategy into execution, staying accountable for quality, client satisfaction and measurable business outcomes while technology and delivery teams lead implementation.
• Build and evolve our agentic commerce advisory offering, develop a public point of view and coach the consultants around you.
