Cybersecurity (IAM) Assessment Internship

As a Business Advisory Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will support our Advisory team with a relevant and impactful assignment in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The team develops clear and feasible IAM roadmaps, guides improvement initiatives, and provides substantive support within ongoing IAM projects.

Cybersecurity (IAM) Assessment Internship

• Waardenburg, Gelderland, Netherlands
• Currently located in the Netherlands and available to work from the office multiple days per week.
• Flexible workplace and working hours within a leading Cyber Security company
• Internship
• Start date: February 2027 for minimum 5 months
• Internship compensation of €500 gross for a full-time internship

THE INTERNSHIP PROJECT: DEVELOPING A STANDARDIZED IAM ASSESSMENT APPROACH

At SITS| Traxion, consultants regularly engage with customers to assess their current Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape. Gathering this information is often time-consuming and requires extensive interviews and manual analysis.

In this project, you will investigate and develop a standardized assessment approach that enables consultants and account teams to quickly and consistently determine customer's current challenges and provide insight into which existing frameworks and practices can be leveraged. Additionally, you will explore how AI can support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of assessment data.

With this assignment, you will directly contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of customer assessments. By creating a standardized and repeatable approach, you will support faster and more reliable insights into IAM environments, resulting in more effective advisory services and accelerated project initiation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is in their final phase of a relevant study (e.g. BIM, CSC, AI, Information Security, IT, or a related field).
• Takes ownership and can independently manage a project.
• Communicates proactively and asks critical questions.
• Is interested in IAM, cybersecurity, governance, and the application of AI in business processes.
• Speaks fluent English and optionally Dutch.
