• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

As Corporate Strategy Associate, you know the secrets of… identifying promising opportunities, connecting different perspectives and turning complex strategic questions into clear choices.

You explore external developments, customer needs and market changes. Together with experienced strategy colleagues and experts, you assess which ideas have real potential and support their development into new sources of value for Rabobank, its customers and members.

• Preparing Rabobank for what comes next and identify new sources of value by connecting external developments with customer needs, market changes and Rabobank’s strategic priorities.
• Support strategic decision-making and shape strategic choices by developing evidence-based insights, scenarios, recommendations, presentations and clear decision-support materials.
• Advance business development initiatives by testing ideas, assessing their potential and bringing together expertise from across Rabobank.

You & your talent

• Strong academic foundation in strategy, economics, business, finance, innovation, technology, sustainability, data or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is useful but not required.
• Curious and entrepreneurial approach to complex questions and new business opportunities.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and the status quo using evidence, feedback and new insights.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different parts of the organisation.
• Compelling communication skills to create clear narratives and adapt messages to different audiences.
