You will:

  • Take full ownership of assigned scopes, including technical definition, procurement support, contract implementation, budget control, schedule management and contractor follow-up.
  • Develop technical specifications, scopes of work, evaluation criteria and technical recommendations for procurement processes.
  • Manage contractors throughout engineering, mobilisation and offshore execution phases and ensure contractual deliverables are achieved.
  • Review contractor engineering documentation, procedures, risk assessments, work packs and marine operational documentation to verify compliance, technical quality and readiness for execution.
  • Develop and maintain Construction Management procedures and operational documentation, including marine operations procedures, offshore site descriptions, construction work plans and readiness documentation.
  • Coordinate interfaces between contractors, package managers, site management, marine coordination, O&M and external stakeholders.
  • Support offshore campaign execution by providing technical input to site and offshore management teams and helping resolve operational issues, including simultaneous operations.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, HSE standards, marine regulations and permit conditions throughout all project phases.
  • Capture and implement lessons learned from offshore campaigns and transfer knowledge across the wider Project Execution organisation.
  • Establish and manage assigned parts of the Construction Management contract portfolio, including vessel, maintenance, offshore support and site-facility contracts. Take responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, contractor performance and change control.

Location: The position can be based in Kolding (Denmark), Hamburg (Germany) or Amsterdam (Netherlands).

You will work in an international project environment and collaborate regularly with colleagues, contractors and project teams across our offshore locations.
