The position we are hiring for is located in Breda and an office at Schiphol, the Netherlands. There will be international travel involved as this is a Global position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the Global Digital & Technology team and play a key role in accelerating Perfetti Van Melle’s data-driven transformation.

• Lead the global Data & Analytics function and drive the organisation’s Data & Analytics maturity agenda.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical and operational plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build and execute the roadmap required to increase Data & Analytics maturity and enable scalable AI, automation and productivity initiatives.
• Coach, develop and strengthen the Data & Analytics team while increasing overall team maturity.
• Engage and influence Executive Committee members, local General Managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Build organisational buy-in and create alignment around data, analytics and transformation initiatives.
• Improve data foundations, governance, analytics capabilities and related processes across the enterprise.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure value-driven decision making.
• Lead transformation initiatives and monitor progress to ensure successful adoption and business impact.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Extensive leadership experience within Data & Analytics environments.
• Proven experience leading organisational, data and business transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tactical plans and operational execution.
• Experience working in complex international organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.
