Join our team at HEINEKEN’s international head office in Amsterdam for the Internship - Global Early Careers internship and become part of the team behind the Global Graduate Program (GGP), our international program for graduates starting their careers at HEINEKEN.
“Being part of such a tight-knit team allowed me to take real ownership of projects. Seeing the direct impact of my work made this internship an experience where I grew both professionally and personally"
The internship
As an intern, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a global early careers program comes to life across countries and cultures. You’ll work on recruitment, onboarding, communication and community projects, helping create a great experience for candidates and graduates around the world.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Help bring global recruitment campaigns to life and attract new graduates.
- Create communications and content for candidates, graduates and HR teams worldwide.
- Support onboarding, workshops and activities for our global graduate community.
- Help improve the tools, platforms and content that connect our GGP community.
- Work with colleagues and graduates across countries and cultures.
Your new team and workplace
You’ll join a small, international and hands-on team where you’ll have the freedom to take ownership, share your ideas and get involved in real projects from day one.
You’ll work with colleagues and graduates from different countries and connect with people across HEINEKEN, giving you a chance to see how a global organization works beyond your own team.
We believe in learning by doing. You’ll get real responsibility, plenty of support and the space to make your own ideas happen.
What a day in the internship could look like
You start your day with a good coffee from our barista and a quick catch-up with the team. Then it’s time to get stuck in: organising a virtual global session, helping the GGP Coordinator plan a workshop, creating visuals or analysing survey results.
After working on your projects, you catch up with your supervisor for a 1:1 to share progress, ask questions and get feedback. Around lunchtime, grab lunch with the team, take a walk outside or catch up with fellow interns.
In the afternoon, you continue your projects, join a team catch-up or put the finishing touches on a workshop or global session. And when you need some quiet time to focus, you can work from home too.
