- Act as the primary FP&A partner for bookings, capacity and pricing, building strong relationships across Sales, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations and Capacity Planning.
- Own analysis of key commercial and operational metrics, including bookings, capacity utilization, fill rates, pricing movements and demand trends.
- Translate performance trends into clear, forward-looking insights, highlighting risks, opportunities and recommended actions for senior stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, scenario analysis and executive business reviews by connecting operational assumptions to financial and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications and competencies
- Proven FP&A, business partnering or strategic finance experience
- Strong analytical skills across financial, commercial and operational data
- Able to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Finance and Operations
- Experience with planning, forecasting, reporting and scenario analysis
- Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable challenging assumptions
- Confident with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and planning/reporting systems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain performance drivers in simple business terms
