Your team
Our team of Process Improvement helps organisations achieve sustainable improvements in processes, performance and collaboration. We combine methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM and PDCA with a pragmatic consultancy approach. In doing so, we analyse, design and implement future-proof processes and support organisations through complex change programmes.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to organisational improvement. Whether it involves a strategic transformation, the implementation of new technology, a process optimisation programme or a major organisational change: successful change begins with processes that are aligned with one another and supported by the organisation.
As a senior consultant, you play a key role in linking strategy, processes and people. You liaise with stakeholders at various levels, guide teams through change and ensure that improvements are not only devised but also actually implemented and embedded.
Strong communication skills, the ability to persuade and the capacity to build support are essential in this regard.
Understanding and being understood form the basis for successful change.
