Your Daily Actions

As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our organisation, by developing the annual 3-year roadmap, and translate this into the yearly domain portfolio. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiatives
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable projects.
• Drive project progress and manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality across projects
• Build change capabilities within the business
• Coach and support the project managers within your program
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies
• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across functions
• Report status and progress to key stakeholders
• Ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned across projects

This is You

You’re a seasoned program manager with a strong background in organizational change. You work well independently and thrive under pressure. You have:

• A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of direct program management or project management experience, with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects.
• Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages are a plus).
• Nice to have: Experience with quality and sustainability projects, including ESG initiatives and sustainable supply chain practices.
