As an Aftersales Administrator (RMA Administrator), you will be a key member of the Technical Support Team, working closely with technical support specialists, after-sales service, and warehouse teams. You will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the return material authorization process, ensuring efficient handling of product returns and exchanges, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands.
- Full-time, permanent employee.
Your mission
- Manage the RMA email inbox, respond to customer inquiries, provide professional and actionable solutions, and assign return and repair tasks to relevant teams.
- Oversee and track incoming and outgoing RMA warehouse inventory; conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with technical support, after-sales, and warehouse teams to resolve RMA-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Analyze RMA data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all RMA cases and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the Technical Support Team with additional tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as required.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RMA administration, customer service, technical support, or a similar role (experience in the electronics or security industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, and other standard business software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Chinese is preferred.
