Overview:

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll model Kiwa’s business processes and work with stakeholders across the globe to keep them accurate and useful. You’ll join a team of six analysts within the BPM team. Together we map and govern Kiwa’s processes across multiple countries. Your main focus will be Lead-to-Cash.

Most of your time goes into modelling. During rollouts, you’ll facilitate workshops and build BPMN models, working closely with process owners and functional consultants to make sure what we document reflects what actually happens. Between rollouts, you’ll keep those models current and support the countries that use them.

Where process mining data is available, you’ll use it to check the models against reality and spot where processes slow down or deviate. It adds a useful second lens to the modelling work, and it’ll grow as the practice matures.

So you’ll need to be comfortable talking to senior stakeholders in different countries, and structured enough to turn those conversations into clear, consistent models. Affinity with data analysis is a plus.

What you’ll do:

• Model business processes in BPMN 2.0, from value chain down to task level;
• Run as-is and to-be analyses and identify where processes can improve;
• Analyse process mining data to assess how processes perform in practice;
• Turn that analysis into clear visuals and recommendations that people act on;
• Maintain process documentation in our central repository and keep it consistent across countries;
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and validate process information;
• Support impact assessments for process changes with local entities;
• Work with project teams and functional consultants during country rollouts;
• Help us further develop the BPM framework, governance and performance measurement.

Responsabilities:

For this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys combining process thinking with data-driven analysis. You are comfortable moving between process modelling and stakeholder discussions, and you know how to turn insights into actionable recommendations. You communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels and feel at ease working in an international environment. In addition, you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent working and thinking level);
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a business process analyst, process consultant or similar;
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 modelling;
• Experience with a process repository like Mavim, ARIS or Signavio;
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation, for example in Power BI;
• The ability to translate process data into something useful: insights, recommendations, a clear story;
• Experience managing stakeholders at different levels in an international organisation;
• Fluency in English; fluency in Dutch is considered an advantage;
• Based in the Netherlands and allowed to work here.

What sets you apart:

• Experience with process mining tools;
• Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes;
• Experience with ERP transformations, preferably D365;
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge;
• A habit of combining what you see in the process with what the numbers tell you;
• Experience in TIC or in organisations with a similar multi-country structure.

You’ll join a team that takes process governance seriously and is building capabilities that will last well beyond the Flow! programme. When it comes to our terms and conditions, we offer a salary range of EURO 56.229 – 77.315 annually including holiday allowance on a fulltime basis with further space to grow. Placement within this range will depend on your experience, skills and overall fit for the role. We offer a contract for 36 to 40 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements that allow you to balance office hours with remote work, supporting your work-life balance. Further, you will receive 33 days of annual holiday leave entitlement (with the possibility to buy 5 extra leave days per year), a good pension scheme and participation in Kiwa’s profit-sharing scheme.

Where are you going to work?

You’ll be based at Kiwa’s headquarters in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, with flexibility to work partly remotely in line with Kiwa’s working arrangements. The BPM team works across countries and domains within the Flow! programme. You’ll report to the BPM Lead Global Transformations.
