In this role, you are the central point of contact for all post-acquisition integration activities within Boels. You align people, processes, and systems, always with operational efficiency and strategic alignment in mind.

You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired companies are smoothly integrated into Boels. You also support the Manager M&A and Integration in due diligence activities, helping to identify opportunities and risks early in the M&A process.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Develop and execute integration strategies in line with Boels’ operational and strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments (Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, IT, and more).
• Manage integration timelines, action items, KPIs, and resources within Boels’ supporting teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption during an integration.
• Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and business processes.
• Support due diligence by assessing financial and operational risks and fit.
• Drive change management efforts and support stakeholders through organizational change.

What do you bring?

• A completed Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of business process integration, change management, and cultural alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of IT systems, data migration, and integration.
• Professional level in Dutch mandatory
