Demcon Management & Support provides services to all Demcon companies in areas such as HR, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and IT.

What are you going to do?

As an IT software developer, you will be part of the IT application office in Enschede. You will be responsible for the management, further development, and support of internally developed applications that are used throughout the entire organization.

Working closely with business analysts, you will translate business requirements into efficient processes and implement them within our applications. You will contribute to integrations between key business systems, including AFAS, IFS Cloud, SolidWorks PDM, and Microsoft 365.

In addition, you will be involved in:

• Developing and maintaining in-house software using C#;
• Designing and optimizing SQL queries;
• Developing and managing API integrations between systems;
• Automating and improving business processes;
• Translating functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions;
• Collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines across Demcon;
• This is a versatile role in which you will play an important part in the continued digitalization and optimization of our organization.

What do you bring to the table?

You are analytically strong and able to translate business needs and challenges into smart, future-proof solutions. You enjoy collaborating with others, take initiative, and are eager to explore new technologies.

In addition, you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree level of thinking and working, preferably in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Experience with C# programming;
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
• Experience with APIs and system integrations;
• The ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions;
• A proactive, flexible, and eager-to-learn mindset;
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
