WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are particularly interested in engineers who have experience working across multiple systems and technologies, designing end-to-end solutions, and leveraging modern AI capabilities both in software development practices and in business-facing solutions.
Success in this role requires adaptability, strong engineering fundamentals, and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems, processes, and business domains. Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience delivering production-grade software solutions across multiple systems and platforms
- Strong understanding of end-to-end system design and business process flows
- Experience contributing to solutions that span multiple applications, platforms, or business processes.
- Experience with API-first architecture and service-oriented design principles
- Understanding of cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Uses AI-assisted engineering tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, enhance decision-making, and drive engineering productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work effectively in ambiguous environments .
- Possesses a founder's mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving outcomes rather than operating as an order taker. Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and the ability to influence direction across both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will design, build, and maintain solutions that improve how the business operates and how technology systems interact. You will work on a diverse portfolio of initiatives which may include:
- Building integrations between enterprise platforms, SaaS applications, and internally developed systems
- Designing and implementing automated business processes and workflows
- Developing APIs, services, and event-driven solutions that enable data and process connectivity
- Identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort through engineering and automation
- Applying AI technologies to enhance business processes, decision support, and operational efficiency
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions to address evolving business needs
- Improving reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability across systems
