Marketing Lead - B2B

Description

We are seeking a high-velocity Marketing Lead - B2B to supercharge our B2B growth engine across 14 markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will combine strategic alignment and hands-on execution to manage the complexity of multiple SaaS products (Salonized, Treatwell Connect, Treatwell Expert). Leading a dedicated team of marketers while collaborating with central and local Supply teams, you will turn the Saas product into the most trusted partner for beauty professionals and a revenue engine for Treatwell.

This role carries a double objective:

1. Network growth: Supercharge salon acquisition, driving lead generation and sign-up conversion alongside Performance Marketing and Sales.
2. SaaS revenue engine: Drive revenue growth by building and executing high-converting upsell strategies and features launches in close coordination with CRM and Product.

🧐 You will be responsible for:

• Multi-SaaS marketing strategy: Guarantee efficient SaaS marketing execution and flawless GTM for feature releases across 14 countries.
• Lead Gen: Drive B2B acquisition funnels for non performance marketing channels, by building and scaling new growth channels (ex. B2B Referrals, flyering, etc.)
• SaaS revenue engine: Partner with CRM and Product teams to orchestrate upsell strategies that maximize salon lifetime value.
• Partner trust: Establish Treatwell as the undisputed, most trusted partner for salons globally.
• Team Leadership & Orchestration: Lead a small team of marketers while aligning across central teams (Performance, Product, CRM) and local market leads.

Requirements

🔝 About you:

• Tech experience: 8+ years of Marketing experience in the Tech sector (mandatory). Exposure to SaaS ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Operational Orchestrator: Highly structured with a proven ability to manage high complexity across multiple products and international markets.
• Agile & Data-Driven: Obsessed with commercial outcomes, using data to optimize marketing execution continuously.
• Execution & Delivery Mindset: A true "doer" who brings both the brain to align stakeholders and the hands to execute seamlessly.
• Languages: English fluency is mandatory. Any other European language is a plus.
