The CIA team is part of the EMEA Business Development Team, the EMEA Business Development Team's focus areas are the Sales-Go-to Market strategy and to enable the team to sell better, faster and most efficiently.

As a Customer Intelligence Analyst (Working Student) (CIA) you will be enabling planting the first seed in selling Mendix!

• Flexibility to work part-time, with a minimum availability of 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads that align with our strategic goals.
• Support outreach efforts by providing clear, accurate, and relevant information to help the team effectively engage with prospective clients and partners.
• Contribute to data quality improvements, ensuring our systems and insights are reliable, inclusive, and up to date.
• Provide data-related support to the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, helping drive informed decision-making and inclusive growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written, to collaborate across diverse teams and audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment that values diverse perspectives.
• Sense of ownership and accountability in completing tasks and contributing to shared goals.

Our internship program in the Netherlands is offered as a student worker arrangement. The fixed rate for this opportunity is 14.99 Euros per hour, in accordance with local legal requirements and applicable market benchmarks. Individuals are engaged under a specific student worker status to align with educational and regulatory standards.
