Product

As Junior Product Manager – POS, you will help run and improve the software our store teams use every day, from the first scan of a garment to payment, returns, alterations and shipping an item to a customer's home. You will work in a small squad inside the Commerce Platform domain, translating what store teams need into a prioritised backlog and getting it live in 100+ stores — through configuration, vendor release trains and close work with engineering. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their product career: you start close to delivery and to the shop floor, and grow into owning the POS roadmap as you build depth in the domain.

  • Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, The Netherlands
  • Department: Product
  • Contract type: Full-time

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of the POS product: identify user gaps, define requirements and translate them into clear user stories for engineers and AI agents, aligning improvements with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Be the bridge between stores and technology — spend time on the shop floor, see how sales associates actually use the product, and turn the friction you find into prioritised improvements.
  • Manage the POS Content Management System: configure POS settings, layouts, integrations, checkout options, and use it as your fastest lever to improve the day-to-day experience for associates — you will be trained on the system as part of your onboarding.
  • Manage our POS vendors and integration partners day to day — tracking feature requests, release trains and bug fixes, and holding them to what was agreed — you will step into these relationships alongside the wider POS team.
  • Stakeholder management — you will work closely with store operations and other IT teams, investigate and prioritise the different change requests.
  • Grow into ownership: as your domain knowledge builds, take on more of the POS roadmap itself — business cases, KPIs and the longer-term direction of in-store technology, with guidance along the way.

Who you are

  • 2–4 years of experience in a regional role or digital projects, retail, or a strong affinity with digital tools and workflows.
  • Comfortable in the detail: you write crisp requirements, chase the last open question, and keep many moving parts organised without leaning on process overhead.
  • Hands-on with configuration — you won't write code, but you are eager to learn the configuration tools and understand how systems connect, so you can make real change.
  • Improvement-focused: you look for where store technology can remove friction, give associates time back, and drive revenue.
  • AI-native mindset: you want to work smarter, not harder — you make use of AI tools like Claude or Cursor to improve efficiency, create dashboards and analyse data.
  • No prior Product Management experience is required - we will support you in learning how to work with engineers, Agile processes, and product tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

What you will get

  • Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact close to our stores and customers.
  • Growth: You will develop within a high-performance digital product environment, increasing your business impact and decision scope over time.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
  • Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.
  • Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €71,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.

Founded in Europe in 2000, Suitsupply has grown to over 90 international stores in cities such as Milan, London, Zurich, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition to our ever-expanding number of brick-and-mortar locations, we maintain a strong online presence, allowing Suitsupply to bring our style and top-tier service to all corners of the globe.

In an industry where fast fashion dominates and craftsmanship is fast disappearing, Suitsupply introduces a better option: one where no attention to detail or quality is ever spared. That’s why we use only the finest Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Ferla, E. Thomas, Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico.

We have received widespread accolade from the likes of GQ, Esquire, and, perhaps most notably, a Wall Street Journal blind test that rated a $600 Suitsupply suit in a first-place tie with a $3,600 Armani.

While high-quality suiting at an affordable price point remain at the core of all that we do, our versatile range includes jackets, trousers, outerwear, shoes, accessories and attire available as prêt à porter and made-to-measure.

At Suitsupply, we pride ourselves in taking innovative approaches to traditional problems. This has led to the development of technologies such as our Design Your Own feature, our Garmentor app, and a commitment to in-house tailoring, providing quick alterations while you wait for a perfect fit every time. Each and every sales associate receives in-depth training through our acclaimed Suit School, bringing the unmatched level of passion and expertise that make Suitsupply’s customer service stand out.

The message is clear. We believe that nobody should leave Suitsupply with anything less than a perfect fit. If you’re equally devoted to quality, check out our jobs page for opportunities to join us.
