Operational Management Traineeship

Fleet Robotics offers a unique traineeship in which you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our entire operation: from working aboard our vessels and conducting inspections with underwater drones to leading operational improvement projects and optimizing international processes. This traineeship is designed for ambitious technical talent who are interested not only in technology but also in leadership, innovation, and operations management.

During the traineeship, you’ll gain a broad insight into our organization. You’ll start within our operational teams, where you’ll work aboard our cleaning vessels and assist with inspections using underwater drones in Europe’s largest ports. This will allow you to get to know our technology, customers, and processes from the inside out.

Building on this hands-on experience, you’ll quickly take on responsibility for operational improvement projects. These might include optimizing logistics processes, supporting the launch of new international locations, improving operational performance, or implementing new work methods. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and the management team, developing step by step into a future manager at Fleet Robotics.

What are we looking for?

To be eligible for the Operational Management Traineeship, we require the following:

• A completed master’s degree from a university in a technical field;
• An interest in technology, operations, and process improvement;
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude;
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally;
• Interest in the maritime sector and innovative technology.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,900.00 and €4,500.00;
