Webull Securities (Europe) B.V. is part of Webull Corporation, a leading investment platform with over 20 million users worldwide. Operating in the US, Latin America, the UK, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, we are now expanding our services across Europe from our office in Amsterdam.
We are looking for a motivated working student to join as a Customer Service Representative and support our growth in Italy. You don't need prior financial experience—our internal training will provide you with all the knowledge you need about trading and financial products. What matters most is your attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to connect with people.
Your role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Help build our Customer Support team for Italy (and eventually other European markets)
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat to customers with questions about the platform
- Offer technical guidance and assistance
- Inform customers about platform features
- Accurately record and follow up on customer interactions
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve our customer service
- Take initiative and actively contribute to projects
What we are looking for
- Easy-going team player: comfortable approaching people and taking initiative
- Curious and eager to learn: ready to develop knowledge of trading and financial services
- Currently enrolled as a student, with the ability to combine part-time work with your studies
- HBO-level thinking and working: Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is a plus, but not required
- Languages: Italian as a mother tongue or strong second language (spoken and written), plus good English
- Availability: able to work part-time from our Amsterdam office (non-hybrid)
- Customer-oriented: friendly, patient, and solution-focused
No prior financial experience is required. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
