As a Technology Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will work alongside senior client stakeholders and C-suite leaders to solve complex business and technology challenges. You will help shape technology strategies, design future-ready digital architectures, accelerate AI adoption, and deliver transformation programs that create sustainable business outcomes. Working in high-performance teams, you will combine strategic thinking with analytical rigor to help clients make critical technology investment decisions, modernize their technology landscape, strengthen their digital core, and realize value from transformation initiatives. From technology strategy and enterprise architecture to AI-enabled operating models and transformation delivery, you will play a key role in helping clients stay ahead in an increasingly digital world.

• You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating a compelling technology vision with industry expertise and context. You will work with C-level executives, digital marketers and IT managers and, with your direct colleagues, be at the heart of change. Positioned at the intersection of business, technology and industry, you will develop value cases and operating models with disruptive technologies in short- to medium-term engagements. You will devise creative digital strategies and implementation roadmaps, and guide digital transformations based on trends, insights, data and expertise to unlock value and create tangible impact.
• You will solve complex strategic challenges using data-driven methods and help clients realize their business strategy through the right use of new technologies. You will work in teams to analyze client challenges and, beyond client work, contribute to the practice by helping the team grow and develop through activities such as participating in and organizing events, creating points of view, and sharing knowledge.
• You will convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of the client’s industry to redefine the client’s technology stack. You will advise on and execute medium- to longer-term technology transformations such as multi-year cloud journeys, leveraging cloud partners and platforms to drive innovation, flexibility and agility across the enterprise and build new businesses.
• You will help clients unlock business value through AI and data, from shaping AI and data strategies to designing operating models and digital foundations. You will identify high-impact AI opportunities, help scale Generative AI and advanced analytics solutions, and embed data-driven decision-making into business processes and operations. By combining technology, business insight, and storytelling, you will help clients turn data into actionable intelligence and measurable outcomes.
