Job Description

Your role

  • Own and evolve SPS process and data architecture design principles and strategy.
  • Create and evaluate end-to-end supply-chain concepts and scenarios aligned with business-unit and regional strategies and needs.

  • Transform SPS into a data-insights-driven supply chain and provide insights that strengthen strategy and decision-making.
  • Shape and execute the SPS AI agenda, identify high-value business use cases, drive implementation of AI solutions, accelerate adoption, and scale measurable business value across SPS.
  • Drive parts-sales growth alongside excellent parts-delivery performance by identifying and executing opportunities that create customer and business value.
  • Build and integrate a newly formed global organization across locations, functions and leadership layers.
  • Build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across SPS, IT, business and transformation organizations.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a relevant Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • You bring 10+ years of meaningful supply-chain experience in a global, large-company environment, including experience in supply-chain design, data science or transformation.
  • You have proven experience leading large global organizations through multiple management layers, including managing managers and developing high-performing leadership teams.
  • You have successfully led organizational transformation, integrated teams from different functions or organizations, and created a shared culture and vision.
  • You bring strong capability in supply-chain design, analytics, process architecture and data architecture.
  • You have experience with IT and business-intelligence techniques, methods and tools.
  • You understand how to identify high-value AI use cases, translate business needs into AI opportunities, and drive adoption beyond proof-of-concept stage.
  • You can identify complex supply-chain, process or organizational challenges, define a clear direction, and translate ideas into practical, implemented solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with AI implementation, adoption or scaling of AI-enabled capabilities would be highly valued, particularly where it contributed to operational improvement, better decision-making or measurable business results.
  • You have a track record of leading business, supply-chain or digital transformation and turning complex challenges into measurable results.
  • You demonstrate strong executive presence and can influence senior SPS, ISC, business and IT leaders in a highly matrixed global environment.
  • You bring a collaborative leadership style and enjoy working across cultures, functions and geographies.
