Supply Chain Solution Engineer

You will:

• Design end-to-end logistics solutions, looking at the full picture from warehouse and yard layouts to systems and automation, and ensuring everything fits together and supports growth plans.
• Translate business goals into clear and practical designs by defining how operations should run, what capacity is needed, and how to scale in the future, while aligning with different teams on scope, priorities, and the best way forward.
• Shape the system landscape, including WMS, TMS, YMS, and integrations, making sure systems support the way the business works and connect smoothly across the full logistics flow.
• Design physical setups by creating warehouse and yard layouts that are efficient, safe, and easy to use, with attention to flows, storage concepts, and configurations, always keeping performance and flexibility in mind.
• Explore new technologies, compare solutions, and work with partners to bring ideas to life, while staying up to date with market developments and using that knowledge to improve designs.

You have:

• Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations and knowledge of how things work in practice.
• Experience with warehouse design, automation, or logistics solutions and enjoyment of solving complex challenges.
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, YMS, and system integration.
• An analytical mindset with strong modelling and scenario planning skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
