What You'll Do
As a Visiting Associate, you’ll spend 2–4 months as a fully integrated member of a BCG case team, working on real client challenges from day one. You’ll take ownership of specific parts of a project, applying analytical thinking and creativity to some of the most complex questions facing leading businesses and organizations.
You’ll work alongside BCG consultants and clients from diverse backgrounds, turning data and insights into recommendations that can shape strategy, transformation, and real-world outcomes. Along the way, you’ll learn through hands-on experience, structured training, and close mentorship from experienced BCG colleagues.
You’ll be challenged to grow, encouraged to contribute your perspective, and surrounded by people who are invested in your development. For many, an internship at BCG is not only an opportunity to experience consulting, it can be the first step towards a career at BCG.
What You'll Bring
- This internship is typically suited to students in the final stages of their bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree.
- A strong academic track record.
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, navigating new and complex challenges with curiosity and adaptability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate clearly and adapt your style to different audiences and levels of seniority.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
