About this Position

Join the Direct Procurement Adhesive Technologies team in Amsterdam as an intern and contribute to sourcing activities, spend management, and strategic procurement projects.

What you’ll do

• Become part of our diverse and global Direct Procurement Adhesive Technologies team
• Drive assigned projects related to raw material procurement and directly contribute to sourcing activities and spend management
• Contribute to category strategy by assessing market trends and identifying new opportunities
• Support the development of advanced market analyses and selected should-cost models
• Drive the implementation of high-value cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct risk management assessments and implement recommended mitigation actions

What makes you a good fit

• Student of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar program
• Excellent English language skills, strong communication skills, and confidence to reach out to internal stakeholders as well as suppliers
• Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect broad supply market trends to raw material cost and supply
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Curiosity to learn and a true team player mindset, with team results above individual agenda
