As a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for a global strategic direction and delivery of best-in-class results in the area of Coffee equipment (Spend under responsibility is up to EUR 100m). For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain of which Market and Category knowledge as well as Sustainability are integral parts of. Job Description

• Develop and get alignment around robust Global Category sourcing strategies, lead execution and track benefits realization across and together with JDE functions and regional teams;
• Build effective relationships engaging with stakeholders across regions, functions and business units that maximize value and drive continuous improvement in the Out of Home segment;
• Measure and benchmark performance of suppliers to ensure that JDE has the most competitive edge and value add on Equipment suppliers and their mechanical and electrical components;
• Manage suppliers selection process, negotiate & contract key global suppliers and ensure contracts execution;
• Builds longer term productivity pipelines in the categories to ensure a continuous delivery against Procurement productivity targets like cost/TCO, cash & sustainability;
• Establish and maintain portfolio of strategic agreements and key supplier relationships to ensure longer-term capacity and material availability against business demand
• Ensure compliance to internal policies & procedures and has a deep understanding of and manage compliance to the Combined Business Model.
