You will be starting in a growing new team at Rabobank to govern all Analytics Services in the Cloud. Your work will enable hundreds of data scientists and model developers that hail from Financial Economic Crime Fighting over Retail to Marketing to utilize software, such as Databricks or Azure Foundry, in a compliant and centralized way.

You & Your Function

Develop infrastructure deployments for Databricks in Azure and later on AWS

Build APIs so that users can self-service. Train junior or new colleagues on a technical level. Implement L3 user requests to change our deployments.

On a day-to-day basis, your work comprises:

• Building infrastructure templates for Databricks.
• Train juniors and other teams in the utilization and extension of our platform.
• Work in a scrum setting.
• Remove compliance issues and close vulnerabilities.
• Automate everything.

You & Your Talent

• Must-have: Design and implement infrastructure components for Azure with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Must-have: Understand – not build - network set-ups (IP ranges, DNS, Azure VNets) and network topologies.
• Rudimentary knowledge of enterprise architecture.
• 4 years of knowledge of Azure infrastructure, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and Databricks.
• Optional: knowledge of Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Foundry Tools, AWS Bedrock, AWS infrastructure – it is unlikely that a person fits all these requirements, thus they are optional.
• Experience in working in a regulated and security-focused environment.
• Soft skills: Abstract thinking, strong communication skills, motivation to improve processes, proactive, team player.
• Good command of the English language; Dutch is not required.

• A reliability check is part of the procedure.
• To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
