As Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager reporting directly to the CISO, you are responsible for planning, directing, and controlling our global security operations with the objective of delivering a 24/7 response capability. You will lead cyber intelligence, monitoring, and threat response across all departments and terminals to keep Vopak's vital operations safe, clean, and resilient.

Your Mission

As SOC Manager reporting directly to the CISO, you are responsible for planning, directing, and controlling our global security operations with the objective of delivering a 24/7 response capability. You will lead cyber intelligence, monitoring, and threat response across all departments and terminals to keep Vopak's vital operations safe, clean, and resilient.

What will you be doing?

• Manage and coordinate IT security operations, ensuring that IT security procedures and policies are followed by all departments and terminals.
• Direct security event monitoring, response, and cyber intelligence.
• Ensure daily management, administration, and maintenance of security devices to achieve operational effectiveness.
• Ensure threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors, and develop use cases for security monitoring.
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for SOC operations and present them to Senior Management.
• Contribute to the CISO coordination of security incidents, emergency, and crisis management by providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.

Does this sound like you?

• Minimum Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a Security Operations team.
• Proficient in Security Incident Management and Response.
• Experience in security device/tool management and SIEM.
• Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with key stakeholders.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications (not required)

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
