In this role, you are the central point of contact for all integration activities within Boels. You align people, processes, and systems, always with operational efficiency and strategic alignment in mind.

You will play a key role in ensuring that companies are smoothly integrated into Boels.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Develop and execute integration strategies in line with Boels’ operational and strategic goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, including Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, and IT.
• Manage integration timelines, action items, KPIs, and resources within Boels’ supporting teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption during an integration.
• Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and business processes.
• Drive change management efforts and support stakeholders through organizational change.

What do you bring?

• A completed Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of business process integration, change management, and cultural alignment.
• A strong analytical mindset and understanding of IT systems, data migration, and integration.
• Professional level of Dutch is mandatory.
