Role details
Business Analyst
Working model: Hybrid (2-3 days from the office)
Contract duration: 6 months with possible extension
Language requirement: English, Dutch
Experience: 5-8 Years
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive end-to-end solution designs, working with relevant domain Principal Product Leads.
- Collaborate with Product Leads and cross-functional teams to define solution architecture and delivery approach.
- Understand and analyze customer journeys, and work collaboratively with the COO to assess technical feasibility, identify potential solutions, and uncover opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
- Assess technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies of proposed solutions.
- Drive solution development, coding, integration, and implementation across Customer Operations platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and best practices.
Must-Have Expertise:
- Proven experience in solution design and software development within Customer Operations environments.
- Strong understanding of customer service, customer care, billing, order management, or related operational systems.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within the Telecom domain.
- Exposure to digital transformation, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of customer-centric design principles and service management processes.
