Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the D365 O2C functional workstream.
• Gather requirements and drive solution design.
• Configure and support Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Lead workshops, testing, and user training.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support go-live and post-production activities.
• Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality.

Experience

• 10+ years of ERP experience
• 5+ years in D365 F&O
• Experience leading O2C implementations

Preferred Candidate

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven D365 O2C Functional Lead experience.
