For Rabobank’s Growth Accelerator 0–30 team in Utrecht, we are looking for a senior Front-end Developer to help deliver essential functionalities for navigation, profiles, and the core app experience so customers can find what they need and move intuitively through the app.

Role & responsibilities

The role focuses on delivering and maintaining a robust, consistent navigation architecture and baseline app experience. You will conduct discovery to sharpen customer needs and constraints, and translate insights into scalable solutions.

• Deliver essential functionalities for navigation, profiles and core app experience so customers can find what they need and move intuitively through the app.
• Deliver and maintain robust, consistent navigation architecture and baseline app experience.
• Conduct discovery to sharpen customer needs and constraints and translate insights into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product owners, designers, data analysts, and backend developers, to ensure coherent, intuitive experiences across surfaces including navigation and conversational interfaces.
• Work with pace, take ownership, think ahead, and perform well in a high-pressure environment.

Required skills & experience

• Senior level, 5+ years developing complex software solutions in a platform environment
• Thorough JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge
• Knowledge of and experience with Angular
• Deep knowledge of browser APIs and experience creating scalable, framework-independent solutions
• Understanding of the UI layer and experience with design systems
• Experience creating or maintaining code used by other developers
• Experience working with a monorepo
• Comfortable reacting fast, keeping the bigger picture in mind, and proactively anticipating constraints

Preferred

• Experience with Snappiness engineering
• Experience with Senses is a plus
