Role overview
Join the Growth Accelerator 0-30 to build innovative digital customer experiences in the Rabo App. You will deliver essential functionalities for navigation, profiles and core experience features, maintain a robust and consistent navigation architecture and baseline app experience, and conduct discovery to sharpen customer needs and constraints. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherent, intuitive experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain navigation, profile and core experience features for the app.
- Design and uphold a consistent navigation architecture and baseline app experience.
- Conduct discovery to translate customer behaviour and performance data into actionable insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with proposition managers, journey experts, UX/UI designers, data analysts, backend developers, architects, business analysts and product owners.
- Ensure navigation and conversational interfaces reinforce each other for a coherent user experience.
- Build scalable, framework-independent solutions that can be used by other developers.
Required skills & experience
- Senior professional level: 5+ years developing complex software solutions in a platform environment.
- Thorough Javascript and Typescript knowledge; experience with Angular.
- Deep understanding of the UI layer and experience with design systems.
- Broad knowledge of browser APIs and experience creating scalable, framework-independent solutions.
- Experience creating or maintaining code used by other developers.
- Experience working with a monorepo.
- Experience with Snappyness engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience with Senses.

- Language: English mandatory.
- ZZP: Not allowed.
Location & right to work
- Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
