You & your role

Shape the future of operations as Product Owner Tech4Ops by owning a strategic product domain within Tech4Ops. Translate the product vision into a clear roadmap and well-prioritized backlog, balancing customer needs, operational excellence, technical sustainability, security and compliance, business priorities, and innovation opportunities while maximizing value for customers, engineers, and Rabobank.

• Define and continuously evolve the product vision and strategy, translating strategic ambitions into a roadmap with a 12-month horizon.
• Prioritize the backlog to maximize customer and business value, deciding what functionality is delivered and when.
• Drive data-driven decision making, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency and engineer experience.

Top responsibilities

• Own a strategic product domain within Tech4Ops and translate vision into clear priorities, roadmap choices, and measurable product outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology, aligning Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Architects, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Enable the squad with focus, transparency, Agile ceremonies, and the ambition to move beyond incremental improvement toward transformation.
• This Product Owner position is part of the Tech4Ops Area within the Tech4Engineering Tribe, reports to the Area Lead Tech4Ops, and operates in a complex ecosystem with organization-wide impact and considerable autonomy.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a complex Agile organization.
• Experience managing products with significant business and technology impact.
• Experience with platform, operational, engineering, observability, security, or technology products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational layers.
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, storytelling, and influencing.
• Change agility, professional collaboration, and leadership without hierarchy.
