As a Junior Business Consultant, you will join Young Improven in a permanent employment role with an expected start date in Q4 2026.

Fascinating projects

You will work on exciting projects at key clients focused on optimising processes, information provision and underlying data flows from the perspective of Finance, IT and Risk. You may take on roles ranging from business analyst to junior project manager, process advisor or finance specialist. You will also work with colleagues on internal initiatives, for example in the field of IT or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

Secondary employment conditions

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious starters who have just completed their HBO or WO education in Business Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Business IT. You get energy from new challenges, think creatively and enjoy working with others. With an analytical view and entrepreneurial mindset, you know how to seize opportunities and take a proactive approach. In addition, you are flexible and independent, allowing you to switch easily between different tasks and projects.

We ask a maximum of two years of work experience, including internships, and a good command of both Dutch and English.
