Bynder is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own the value proposition for Asset Lifecycle Management: how assets enter, get processed, and move through the Bynder platform at scale, starting with its newest capability, Workspace Batch Uploads, and its new Asset & Batch APIs.
This is a strategic, outward-facing role. You will be the primary voice for this part of the platform with enterprise customers, partners, and system integrators, translating market needs and competitive dynamics into a compelling product vision. You'll set direction and desired outcomes for ingestion, processing, and asset lifecycle, and partner closely with Bynder's architects and technical champions, who will lead the technical approach to realize that vision.
What you’ll do
- Define and continuously sharpen the business case and customer value proposition for Asset Lifecycle Management, ensuring it is well understood by customers, partners, and internal stakeholders alike.
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workspace Batch Uploads and Asset & Batch API and the broader Asset Lifecycle Management domain, setting clear direction that aligns with Bynder's strategic business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and system integrators to understand their ingestion and asset lifecycle needs, validate direction, and stay ahead of evolving market demands.
- Set the desired outcomes for ingestion, processing, and lifecycle capabilities, then collaborate closely with Bynder's architects, technical champions, and engineering teams who own translating that direction into a sound technical approach.
- Act as a credible, confident spokesperson for this part of the platform in customer conversations, partner discussions, and executive updates.
- Work with engineering, UX, QA, and go-to-market teams to pressure-test direction, surface trade-offs, and deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes.
- Track industry trends and competitive movement in batch ingestion, content operations, and asset lifecycle management, drawing on Bynder's technical experts as needed to keep the roadmap sharp and differentiated.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in product management, with a track record of owning strategy, direction, and roadmaps, and of being accountable for the business outcomes of a product area.
- A demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and partners, and to translate their needs into a clear, compelling product narrative.
- Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and business impact, with the ability to build a value proposition that resonates with both buyers and end users.
- Strong ability to clearly articulate product vision and value in both business and technical terms, to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated skill in building alignment and influencing without direct authority across architects, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Comfort partnering with technical stakeholders is important; deep technical authorship is not.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with experience managing iterative product development cycles.
- A self-starter with a passion for exploring the latest AI tools, staying on top of industry developments, and continuously pushing boundaries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
