Medior Talent Manager

Your role

As a Medior Talent Manager, you have a dynamic role in which you are responsible for guiding and developing 25 to 30 junior consultants and corporate colleagues on a personal, professional, and theoretical level. This includes guiding a diverse group of approximately 25-30 (inter)national young professionals (junior consultants) and advising them on their development.

• You are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to the development of your colleagues, and you hold development conversations with the junior consultants every three months in close collaboration with these clients.
• You are responsible for carrying out individual development plans and monitoring the full development cycle for both junior consultants and internal colleagues.
• You develop and deliver interactive and creative soft skills trainings for our colleagues, both internal and consultants at clients, at our office every month.
• You are involved in the further development and innovation of our development programs.
• You spend 10% of your working time on your own development, so you stay an expert in your field and keep broadening your skills within L&D.

Your profile

You are a driven and enthusiastic L&D professional, known for your attention to others, your strong training skills, and your analytical view on talent development. You are known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to approach talent development from a sharp, substantive vision. With your enthusiasm and expertise, you take talent to unprecedented heights. In addition:

• You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a background in HRM or Psychology.
• You have work experience in a corporate environment.
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You have strong presentation skills and enjoy engaging groups energetically.
• You support a strengths-based approach, focusing on what's strong rather than what's missing.
• You excel at organizing, structuring, and planning.
• You have experience with coaching; a NOBCO certification at practitioner level is a plus.
• You are open to a scale-up environment with a small but growing team.
