As an Assistant Project Manager at DeltaQuad, you support the Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering complex, high-impact projects. You ensure seamless coordination across engineering, procurement, client delivery, and operations teams.
You play a key role in maintaining project timelines, budgets, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Your work directly contributes to the successful deployment of DeltaQuad’s UAV platforms worldwide.

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain and track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using tools such as MS Project, Jira, or ClickUp.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and change requests for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, field operations) and external partners.
- Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment and progress.
- Monitor and manage project risks related to hardware procurement, regulatory compliance (e.g., DNV, IMO standards), and field testing.
- Support PMO quality processes, including gate reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain centralised repositories for project documentation, contracts, and compliance records in tools like SharePoint or ClickUp.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Management Officer, Administrator, or similar role, ideally within a PMO environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working with project tools like MS Project, Jira, Excel (advanced functions), or ClickUp.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work under pressure
