(Senior) Manager pension industry

What will you do?

As a consultant in the Pension Industry, you work with industry clients to analyse and optimize their pension strategies, helping them navigate regulatory complexities and industry shifts. You provide expert advice and develop tailored solutions, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency and value. Additionally, you contribute to the further growth of Valcon by participating in business development activities and fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Among your responsibilities will be the following:

• Implementing impactful pension solutions, ensuring high-quality execution from strategy to acceptance within the organization;
• Leading projects and ensuring effective collaboration among multi-disciplinary team members;
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at new and existing clients and aligning with their organizational objectives;
• Managing and guiding consultants on projects and in their personal development;
• Building and promoting Valcon with a focus on the pension industry.

Experience

• A completed academic Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field;
• At least 5 years of experience in the pension industry, with a strong understanding of pension regulations and market trends;
• Proven track record in leading impactful projects in the pension industry;
• Strong leadership skills in managing teams, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues and mentoring to help develop their skills and knowledge;
• Broad affinity with data-driven optimization and technological innovation;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining lasting client relationships;
• You’re fluent in both Dutch and English.
