Brains out!

The trainee program at Finext is an intensive work-study program in which we continuously challenge you. Every week you will work on the further development of your skills through targeted training and education. The knowledge and skills you have acquired can then be directly applied in practice at our clients on our current projects. So roll up your sleeves!

Theory and practice in one

For nine months you will work with a close-knit group of talents on your own development. You will go through an intensive program of training and education where you take responsibility together with your fellow trainees. One day a week you will attend a joint training and education program where you will be trained in both knowledge and skills and together take on part of the organization. You will also receive intensive guidance from a senior coach. From day one you will gain practical experience at our clients, mostly medium-sized and large organizations that you regularly read about in the newspapers. At these companies, you and your project team will contribute to their results. The combination of gaining practical experience at different organizations and the intensive training of your knowledge and skills will guide your growth. In this you have a high degree of freedom. Note: this freedom also brings responsibilities!

Craftsmanship and entrepreneurship

You can develop your professionalism and entrepreneurship to the full within Finext. For example, in addition to your work as a consultant, you can take on one or more internal roles. Thanks to our unique organizational model - without staff departments, defined functions or managers - many roles are conceivable. For example, you can gain knowledge and experience with marketing processes or a role as controller. Or you could be involved in starting up a new initiative for our portfolio. It's up to you to discover what suits you well.
