We are looking for experienced professionals (4+ years of industry or consulting experience) to join our Amsterdam team at consultant level. We welcome candidates from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds.

You don’t need to have started your career in consulting to succeed at BCG — many of our consultants bring valuable experience from industry or research and go on to become thought leaders in their fields.

As a Consultant at BCG Amsterdam, you’ll harness your expertise to drive projects, mentor colleagues, and shape strategic decisions. Your analytical foresight, creativity, and leadership will be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions and guiding clients through transformational change—ensuring project results go above and beyond expectations. You’ll serve as a core member of BCG’s consulting team, collaborating with some of the world’s top minds in strategy and management consulting. What You'll Bring

• A master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience (in consulting or industry).
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Agility to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
