HR Internship (HBO)

Looking for an HR internship where you don’t just observe, but truly become part of the team from day one?

At Valcon, you’ll learn from experienced HR professionals, join a young and ambitious team and receive an internship allowance of €550 per month. Fluency in Dutch is required for this internship.

During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to gain broad HR experience within an international consulting organisation. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals who will guide and challenge you and are happy to share their knowledge. At the same time, you’ll have plenty of room to take initiative, develop yourself and contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve HR.

Whether you want to start in September, October or slightly later, we’re happy to discuss the possibilities. The duration of your internship is also flexible and can be aligned with the requirements of your study programme.

What will you do?

During your internship, you’ll fully participate in the day-to-day work of our HR team. Depending on your interests and learning goals, you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of HR.

For example, you will:

• Support the team with day-to-day HR activities;
• Contribute to HR processes and administration;
• Support the onboarding of new colleagues;
• Help answer HR-related questions from colleagues;
• Contribute ideas for improving HR processes;
• Support a variety of HR projects.

No two days are the same, and it’s exactly this variety that will allow you to learn a lot during your internship.

You don’t need to know everything yet. What matters most to us is that you’re curious, take initiative and are eager to learn.

Experience

• You are currently pursuing a relevant HBO degree in Human Resources or another HR-related field;
• You are looking for an internship starting in September, October or later;
• The duration of your internship is flexible and can be aligned with the requirements of your study programme;
• You are communicative, accurate and proactive;
• You are a true team player and enjoy working together;
• You are fluent in Dutch.
