PR & Communications Executive

CLEVER°FRANKE is an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of 40+ people with 15 different nationalities from across the world, and English is the primary language used to communicate and collaborate. The team includes interaction designers, visual designers, developers, project managers, data analysts, and others, all with a passion for what they do. Curiosity about the world around them is central to how they approach their work and projects.

CLEVER°FRANKE is looking for a PR & Communications Executive who can help maintain public visibility and support communications.

Whether it’s a media pitch, an award entry, a social post, or a website case study, you know how to adapt the message for the audience and channel without losing what makes it compelling. You’re a natural coordinator who enjoys connecting the dots between internal teams and external PR and communications partners. You’re confident taking ownership, working independently when needed, and collaborating closely when the best ideas come from working together. You thrive when there’s a lot happening at once, keeping projects moving while making sure every detail lands well and on time. You have a talent for finding the story behind the work and turning it into content people want to read, share, and remember.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between Marketing and Commercial efforts. You are solution-focused, able to see the bigger picture while zooming into the details when needed. You’re also comfortable with not knowing everything up-front, asking the right questions to avoid assumptions. You are able to connect and build bridges between different disciplines and stakeholders where needed.

What you bring

For this role as a PR & Communications Executive, we'd be especially excited if:

• You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in PR, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• You are comfortable managing social media for companies and senior management, ideally within a B2B environment.
• You are a creative storyteller who can turn complex ideas into content that grabs attention and resonates across audiences and channels.
• You have excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a plus.
• You know how to work with AI tools to create effective content and support marketing activities.
• You have an affinity with the design industry and a solid understanding of B2B business.
• You have experience with HubSpot, CMS, or other similar platforms.
• You are familiar with Figma and light video editing tools, or are keen to learn how to use them.
• You are highly organised, manage your time effectively, and can deliver strong work under pressure.
• You enjoy creating compelling content and adapting it for different audiences and channels.
• You are resourceful and open to learn new skills.
