Patagonia is an outdoor apparel company founded in 1973. At a time when all life on earth is under threat of extinction, we aim to use the resources we have—our business, our investments, our voice and our imagination—to influence changes needed to protect our planet. A registered B Corporation and founding member of 1% for the Planet, Patagonia is recognised internationally for its commitment to product quality and environmental activism.

Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. The eStore Coordinator ensures accurate product setup, category structure, and foundational merchandising elements across Patagonia’s EMEA digital platform. The role is responsible for preparing seasonal launches, managing product copy and taxonomy, and maintaining filters, size charts, and troubleshooting workflows. It operates within EMEA, reporting into the eCommerce Trade Manager, and collaborates with global digital and product teams to ensure consistency, localisation, and readiness across multiple European markets.

Main tasks:

  • Own product, price and catalogue execution for seasonal and promotional launches. Prepare product attributes and categories ensuring all new and sale products are correctly configured and activated in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager and Salsify. Act as the regional lead on Product Information Management. Coordinate with Merchandising and Planning teams to align timing and accuracy.
  • Manage and update product descriptions for the European site, ensuring localisation for all regional languages, clarity, and alignment with brand tone. Maintain product data and pricing for full price items and calculations for discounted products across multiple currencies to support trading and campaign priorities. Consult on keywords, dictionary, sorting rules, A/B tests and overall site hygiene.
  • Create and update the EU taxonomy file and category structure across multiple languages. Own category creation, product readiness and assign product to correct categories to ensure category content reflects seasonal direction, stock availability, and campaign needs.
  • Maintain and configure filters, search refinements, size charts, and product groupings for campaigns. Ensure all elements are correctly applied and relevant for European customers to support customer navigation and product discovery across the site.
  • Identify and resolve product and category setup issues, coordinating with global and regional teams to ensure timely fixes. Maintain documentation and apply updates to ensure operational consistency across systems and markets.
  • Drive commercial opportunities and onsite experience through inventory-led storytelling by improving communication around product availability and future stock, collaborating to influence in-season and pre-sale forecasting, and increasing eCommerce stock visibility to empower customers to make informed purchase decisions.
  • Contribute to the execution of projects and enhancements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Manage priorities, stakeholder relationships, and timelines while navigating a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environment. Ensure outcomes remain aligned with business objectives, balancing competing demands and driving progress through complexity and change.
  • Use Excel and multiple business systems to validate and analyze product and pricing data, generate insights, identify optimization opportunities, support data-driven decision-making and provide recommendations across merchandising, trading, inventory, and eCommerce functions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, product content management, or online trading.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager and Salsify, applied to configure product attributes, pricing and category assignments with precision and consistency.
  • Good understanding of product copy localisation and taxonomy, enabling accurate and brand-aligned descriptions and category structures across multiple European languages and markets.
  • Good attention to detail and operational accuracy, used to execute seasonal launches, maintain filters and size charts, and ensure all product data is correctly implemented and maintained.
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting workflows, applied to identify and resolve product setup issues, coordinate with global teams, and maintain documentation for recurring fixes and updates.
  • Good understanding of cross-functional coordination, enabling effective collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, and Global Digital teams to align product presentation with trading and campaign priorities.
  • Operating in Excel on high level, analysing and creating datasheets for various purposes, integrating and consolidating data across various business system.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • A love of the outdoors.
  • An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work.

Other important details:

  • This is a fixed term full-time vacancy, intended to support the team during 7 months.
  • We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week.
