Your skills & background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Affinity with data analysis, Business Intelligence and process improvement
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement mentality
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English

Your Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will ensure that management has access to reliable information and help WTT further professionalise its operations. You will analyse data, improve processes and provide the insights management needs to make well-informed decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and improving dashboards, KPIs and management reports
• Turning data from systems including Exact and Synergy into actionable management information
• Providing insight into project performance, capacity, budgets, commercial results and cash flow
• Identifying trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
• Improving forecasting and management reporting
• Optimising business processes and supporting ERP/BI systems
• Collaborating with Finance, Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, IT and Management
