Tricks of the trade

• Have responsibility for the product photography process, ensuring all deliverables are finished on time.
• Shoot high volumes of products across many categories, from bakery to drugstore.
• Produce high-quality product photos that align with Picnic's guideline standards, as well as experiment with new photography to improve our strategy.
• Contribute actively to the transition we are making in visual content optimization using AI tools.
• Maintain necessary camera tools, photography props, and studio equipment.

Your superpowers

• 0–3 years of professional experience in e-commerce product photography.
• Advanced technical skills, with the ability to independently build lighting setups.
• Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume in-house photography workflows.
• Experience with AI tools, or eagerness to learn more about AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of studio equipment and Capture One, and good Photoshop skills.
• Great attention to detail, with the ability to notice the small but important things.
• Flexibility and a can-do mentality in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Based in the Netherlands to be able to work from our photo studio and office in Amsterdam.
